I have been a recording, mixing and mastering engineer for over 15 years. After working in several recording studios in my home state of Connecticut, I decided to open my own recording studio (VISION Recording Studios) in the summer of 2005. Since that time I have worked with hundreds of artists on everything from demos to full length commercial CD releases.
In 2012 I decided that I wanted to give back and try to help up and coming audio engineers. I started a YouTube channel and I created short mixing and mastering tip videos and they became extremely popular in the home recording on-line community. I received literally hundreds of e-mails and comments each month and people kept asking me to create an in-depth product line that went beyond what I was able to produce for You Tube. At the same time people were asking me about giving them private instruction.
In 2013 I created the “MADE EASY” product line, which is a series of video tutorials that cover all different aspects of a recording, mixing and mastering. My goal was to create a line of products that were affordable and chock full of high-quality training. The “MADE EASY” product line has been extremely popular and people write me daily to tell me how much they love the “MADE EASY” training courses. I am constantly adding more titles to the “MADE EASY” product line and my ultimate goal is to provide people with everything they need to know about creating a professional sounding music in their own home recording studios.
In 2014 I started offering private instruction via SKYPE which has also become extremely popular. For a very affordable fee, you can hire me to personally train you on whatever your specific needs are to get your recording, mixing and mastering skills to a higher level.
In June 2015 I launched a new product line to supplement the MADE EASY SERIES called the “QUICK MIX SERIES”. Each month I mix a new song along with a 60-90 min video tutorial on how I approached and mixed that particular song. As part of the package, you receive the audio files so you can mix along with me. This is just another way for me to help audio engineers produce better results in their mixing studios.
